Previously we announced the returning of Takeru Sato as Himura Kenshin and the additional Fujiwara Tatsuya as Shishio Makoto for the new live action of “Ruroni Kenshin” coming up in 2014.

Recently, it has been confirm that other returning cast members include Emi Takei as Kaoru Kamiya, Yuu Aoi as Megumi Takani and Yosuke Eguchi as Hajime Saitō. Also, in light with the many returning casts, new casts includes, Ryunosuke Kamiki as Sōjirō Seta, the right-hand man of the main antagonist of the film, Makoto Shishio, and Yusuke Iseya as Aoshi Shinomori, the head of the Oniwabanshū ninja.

Ryunosuke Kamiki has been known to play as Kyuu in the live action adaptation of “Tantei Gakuen Q” as well as several Studio Ghilbi’s works such as Howl’s Moving Castle and Spirited Away. On the other hand, Yusuke Iseya was perviously acted as Shinobu Morita in the live action adaptation of “Honey and Clover” as well as the live action adaptation of “Ashita no Joe”.
